Programme Coordinator – Auckland

We are looking for an energetic and passionate team member with excellent people skills and experience working with Māori and Pacific communities.

You will be a key member of the Auckland delivery team, reporting to the Programmes Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate delivery of digital inclusion programmes in identified communities within Auckland
  • Train and support facilitators delivering the programmes
  • Promote digital literacy, skills and inclusion

Essential skills and experience

  • Be culturally aware and informed about Te Tiriti o Waitangi
  • Digital literacy competency especially with Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint and cloud-based systems
  • Ability to work with and build relationships with people from many different cultures and backgrounds
  • Be creative and solution orientated
  • Have an interest in computers and the internet
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality and attention to detail
  • High level of self motivation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable skills (not essential)

  • National Certificate in Adult Education and Training Level 4 (or equivalent)
