Deputy Speaker of the House, the Hon Chester Borrows, was a guest at a recent Computers in Homes hui in New Plymouth. Chester holds the record for the most Computers in Homes graduations attended by a Member of Parliament. As MP for Whanganui, Chester receives invitations to all Whanganui graduations, and as a trustee of the Taranaki e-Learning Trust, also gets invited to all graduations in the Taranaki region. Despite his parliamentary commitments, he has made it a priority to attend Computers in Homes graduations.
Computers in Homes coordinators met for two days at the Devon Hotel in New Plymouth (19-20 November) for their quarterly hui.
