20/20 seeks Auckland Programme Support Coordinator

Auckland Programme Support Coordinator (full-time)

The 20/20 Trust operates a number of programmes that focus on digital literacy, skills and inclusion.  The Auckland Programme Support Coordinator, is primarily responsible for offering programme support for all 20/20 Trust programmes in Auckland.

Key Responsibilities

  • to coordinate successful delivery of projects in schools and other local communities
  • to support all 20/20 Trust programme with technical and administrative support in Auckland
  • to promote local community support for digital literacy, skills and inclusion in Auckland

Essential skills and experience

  • Digital literacy competency especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online systems
  • Ability to work with and build relationships with people from many different cultures and backgrounds
  • Be creative and solution orientated
  • Have an interest in computers and the internet
  • Be culturally aware and informed about Te Tiriti O Waitangi
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality and attention to detail
  • High level of self motivation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable skills (not essential):

  • National Certificate in Adult Education and Training Level 4
