The 20/20 Trust is increasing its capacity to address the challenges of digital inclusion in Auckland.
Sue West, 20/20 Auckland Manager, has announced the appointment of Maria Green as Project Coordinator and says “Maria will bring a range of valuable skills and experience to the team.”
Approximately 34% of New Zealanders live in Auckland and close to 60% of schools in Auckland are rated by the Ministry of Education as Decile One. The 20/20 Trust works with learners, whānau, schools and community organisations to provide programmes that respond to the diverse circumstances of learners. All 20/20 programmes are designed to ensure learners are better equipped to engage in the digital world and support their educational or employment opportunities.
With a background in Sociology and Management, Maria will help strengthen and contribute to the growth in Auckland as the team responds and adapts to the growing needs of the region.
